Deadpool & Wolverine is one of the biggest movies of the year; alongside Inside Out 2, it’s the only film to cross the billion-dollar threshold this year, according to Box Office Mojo. The film hit VOD last week, and fans can rent the film for $24.99 or buy it for $29.99 in UHD, HD, or SD from Amazon Prime, Apple TV, and other video-on-demand platforms or catch up on the rest of the franchise on Disney+.

Waiting to pick up Deadpool & Wolverine on Blu-Ray or DVD? The film is set to release on Oct. 22. The film is also set to be released as SteelBook, a collectible Blu-Ray with a metal case. The 4K SteelBook was originally on sale for $65.99, a steep asking price given that many new SteelBooks retail for around $35. Now the SteelBook got a modest $10 price drop during October Prime Day, dropping the 2-disc collectible to $54.96.

Price and stock have fluctuated throughout the day on Amazon. The SteelBook is out of stock as of this writing. But it’s still available at Walmart for the same price.

Both Walmart and Amazon offer a Pre-Order Price Guarantee. Amazon says “Whenever you pre-order an item eligible for Pre-order Price Guarantee, the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by Amazon.com between the time you placed your order and the end of the day of the release date.” Walmart’s pre-order guarantee is almost identical. Simply put, should the price drop more, you’ll be charged the lowest price.

In addition to the collectible 4K SteelBook edition, the film is also being released on standard Blu-Ray and DVD formats. All editions are set to release on Oct. 22.

The film was packed with nods to pop culture moments from bygone moments in superhero history, including Wesley Snipes and Jennifer Garner reprising their roles as Blade and Elektra, respectively. The film’s soundtrack was similarly nostalgia-laden, featuring the likes of Green Day, Goo Goo Dolls, Huey Lewis & the News, and *Nsync.

In addition to the Blu-Ray, collectors can pick up the Deadpool & Wolverine soundtrack on vinyl.

2 x lp vinyl

The double-LP vinyl is pressed with a red-and-black Deadpool-themed colorway and a yellow-and-blue Wolverine-themed colorway, and it’s also available as a CD.
