Jhayco’s ‘Sensual Bebe’ Reaches Top 10 on Latin Airplay Chart – Billboard

Jhayco’s “Sensual Bebé” breaks into the top 10 on Billboard’s Latin Airplay chart for the first time on the July 9-dated survey.

The song, which was released March 11 via Universal Music Latino/UMLE, reaches the list’s top 10 in its 16th week, tying for the fourth-longest march to the upper tier in 2022 thus far.

Here’s a look at the tracks with the most weeks to the top 10:

Weeks to the top 10, Song Title, Artist, Date Reached No. 1

23, “Pepas,” Farruko, Jan. 1
21, “Volví,” Aventura x Bad Bunny, Jan. 1
17, “Ley Seca,” Jhay Cortez & Anuel AA, Jan. 22
16, “Cúrame,” Rauw Alejandro, Feb. 26
16, “Sensual Bebé,” Jhayco, July 9

“Sensual” climbs 21-8 fueled by a 49% increase in audience impressions, to 6.5 million — the highest percentage gain among the songs on the 50-deep tally — earned in the U.S. in the week ending June 3, according to Luminate.

“Sensual” is the Puerto Rican’s lead single from his forthcoming fourth studio album. The rapper, formerly known as Jhay Cortez, is gearing up for his Las Vegas performance on July 9, part of his Timelezz tour in support of his third full-length album Timelezz, his second top 10 on Top Latin Albums (No. 2 debut and peak, Sept. 2021).

“Sensual” earns Jhayco his sixth top 10. Among those, four hit No. 1, including the two-week champ “Dákiti,” with Bad Bunny (Dec. 2020).

Further, “Sensual” makes progress on Latin Rhythm Airplay with a 9-4 jump, his highest ranking on a lead role, unaccompanied by any other act.
